The paper deals with the use of functional modeling to ensure the reliability of drivers. A functional model of the process of ensuring the reliability of drivers was built on the basis of a process approach; processes of a lower level that form reliability were identified. The analysis of the influence of each of the processes on the reliability of drivers was carried out on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process, and the most important processes that make the most significant contribution to the formation of the reliability of drivers were identified. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the proposed system of criteria. Functional models of driver inducement processes and risk assessment based on the use of fuzzy logic were developed. The input and output factors of the model were determined, the fuzzy logic function implementing connection between them was built. The resulting models can be integrated into the management system of enterprises engaged in freight transportations. |
