Popis: Objective To report the case history of a patient who underwent bipolar myolysis, uterine artery embolization and a transcervical fibroid resection, to treat menorrhagia. Methods The clinical records of the patient were reviewed. Results The clinical and radiological findings demonstrated large intramural fibroids that decreased in size, but were not removed completely following each of the three minimal access procedures. Conclusion This is the only case reported in the literature of three minimal access procedures being carried out in one patient to treat symptomatic fibroids.
