Popis:	Robot-assisted partial nephrectomy is becoming increasingly applied as a surgical technique for the treatment of T1 renal masses. In the hands of experienced urologists trained in minimally-invasive surgery, the complication rates are low. We review complications associated with this surgical approach of robotic partial nephrectomy, including hemorrhage, urine leak, bowel injuries, those related to positioning, and the effects of surgery on progression of chronic kidney disease.
