Popis:	Objective: Ischemic skin ulcers (ISU) are a well-known complication of systemic sclerosis (SSc) and are often refractory to conventional therapy. The influence of treatment with oral anticoagulants (OAC) on ISU healing in SSc patients was analysed. Methods: The medical records of SSc patients with ISU who were treated with OAC for at least 4 months between the years 2002–06 were reviewed. Results: Fifteen patients with SSc and ISU were treated with OAC. The mean achieved International Normalized Ratio was 2.2 (± 0.35).
