Popis: Inbody channel modelling is essential for wireless communication inside the human body. This study seeks to identify the dominant propagation paths inside the human torso modeled by a homogeneous muscle-filled cylinder at radiowave frequencies of 915 MHz and 2.45 GHz by examining the path gain. The dominant path at short distance is the direct wave channel, while at larger distances the creeping wave channel is the dominant which also interferes with the direct wave channel.
