Popis:	Of particular importance within the new paradigm of modern state management is the introduction and organization of project management in public authorities. An important condition for this is the regulation of project activities. The considered methodology of project management in the UK, Greece, Canada, the USA and China allowed us to identify key areas for improving the legislative regulation of project management in public authorities.
