Popis: Presentation of Case A 68-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of vomiting. Seventeen months previously she entered the hospital because of a dry cough and painless erythematous lesions on the right lower extremity. Examination revealed erythema and swelling of both ankles. A nontender, erythematous nodule, 3 by 4 cm, was found on the right lower leg. The hematocrit was 36.5 per cent; the white-cell count was 9800, with 80 per cent neutrophils, 9 per cent lymphocytes, 9 per cent monocytes, 1 per cent eosinophils and 1 per cent basophils. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 100 mm per hour. . . .
