Popis: | SummaryHemophilus influenza presents morphological changes under the influence of inductive agents : long, serpentine and globulous shapes. The latter are spheroplasts. Various bacterial shapes can be put in evidence through a microscopic examination in the inhibition zones of a sensibility tests to penicilline G. Whether spheroplasts are able of multiplication is a possibility but they can at least transform into a bacillary form and this within very short delays. The measure of the sensibility to antibiotics through a diffusion method remains thus incomplete and does not take into consideration certain important parameters which are important for the therapeutic response. |
