Variational translation factors and full velocity-dependent matrix elements for He2+-H collisions

Popis:	A travelling molecular orbital approach is applied to the He2+-HHe+ + H+ charge transfer process, where translation factors have been determined variationally, and where all orders of impact velocity v have been preserved. Comparison with experiment and other theories for this low-energy regime are included for total capture, and capture into the He+(2s) excited state.
