Popis:	When graphite-containing articles are heated from 800 to 1600°C, the oxidation of carbon occurs in three stages: under conditions where there is no liquid phase (up to 1080°C); under conditions of the formation of a liquid phase (1365–1380°C); and under conditions where there is a further change in the properties of the liquid phase (1380–1600°C).
