Popis:	A study was made of the effect of the type of plasticizer (phthalic acid esters) on the behaviour of PVC in γ-irradiation. It was shown that in PVC-plasticizer systems the plasticizer has a marked effect on radiation-chemical changes in PVC. It was established that during irradiation of plasticized PVC the polymer undergoes fewer structural changes in systems, in which the plasticizer breaks down readily.
