Within the framework of a multidisciplinary research project, we are interested in groupings of SMEs. After having situated the interest in the performance evaluation of these hybrid structures, we propose to use an approach based on the ECOGRAI concept, to display prominently the difficulty in determining the boundary between performances of each enterprise and performances of the grouping. The introduction of an information system for the grouping underlines the interest of the division of power and the decision taking in the mode of piloting and management, as much in the construction phase of the grouping as during its evolution. |
