Last years network based video surveillance systems are becoming to be widely used for different applications like security systems (see, for example, [1]), road traffic analysis [2] and even weapon control [3]. The possibility of the modern video & audio Internet Streaming systems are about 15 frames per second with the frame size 360*240 pixels, some times 180*120 pixels. However, recent progress in area of computer systems, communications and modern lossy compression methods allows us to expect also changes in quality of transmitted through the Internet video and audio. |
