Popis: Adopting TRD301 code to calculate the fatigue life of boiler drum. Based on the optimization theory, by setting the time interval of each pressure variation stage as optimal variable, an optimal model is developed to reduce the fatigue damage in boiler drum and cut down the time consumed in the startup process. The curves of cold state startup and hot state startup process are presented with the optimal model. According to optimal curve to startup, boiler drum not only reduces fatigue damage, but also cut down the startup time. The method is successfully applied to a 1025T/H boiler drum of 310 MW thermal power unit. The model has significance for engineering applications. (5 pages)
