With the help of nanotechnology and nanoscience, future devices and technologies will be small and possess advanced features; photocatalysis is an important area of application. This chapter discusses the importance of photocatalysts and their medicinal applications for human beings in daily life. The properties of photocatalysts as a result of their nanoscale are discussed.
