Popis: In the world of automation and industrial revolution it’s a need of industries that manual activities overtaken by machine activities. When it talks about automation, remind of industry 4.0 is a new production model where it focuses on interaction between human and machine which is also important to improve the means and efficiency of production. In this project it lightens such aspect of industry which may provide the advantages of improving productivity and quality while reducing processing time and increasing safety to the manufacturing process. The project demonstrates a simple automation in cleaning process that eliminates manual intervention for industrial chips cleaning. It is not only impacting the quality of process but also improved the quality of product simultaneously. In most of the process, it is used separate dedicated cleaning machines to achieve desired output, while it also impacts on power consumption as well as time consumed in cleaning of that component. Improvement of quality as well as productivity simultaneously under production have been reported in this paper. Improvement of workstation hygiene by reducing workstation noise which generated from high pressurise air by damping it to some extents have been also reported in this paper. These are the nobility things of this paper.
