Popis: | The influence of solenoid magnetic field 2,000 Gauss, 5,000 Hz sawtooth wave profile on CaCO3 3,500 ppm scale formation in the piping system was investigated with CaCl2.2H2O and Na2CO3 synthesized in stoichiometry and tartaric acid 5; 10 ppm were added at 40 0C. The experiment was conducted by Inhouse experimental rig which completed by computer program to control flow rate at 30; 40; 50 ml/minute and the induction time was found as 16, 14 and 11 minute with deposition rate was found as 0.0765, 0.0810 and 0.0898 gr/hr. SEM to investigate the morphology of crystal phases shows that vaterite, calcite, some aragonite. |
