Popis:	Reliable and sensitive single target copy detection, as well as selection of reliable reference genes for precise gene expression analysis, are still challenges for real-time PCR users. We introduce a system that enables robust and highly sensitive probe-based real-time PCR, provides a novel, antibody-mediated, hot-start mechanism for highly specific target detection, and allows flexible combinations of high and low abundant target and reference genes for accurate gene expression results.
