The evaluation of e-learning is an important issue of online teaching. Teaching medical sciences and pharmacy courses is challenging for teachers and students to complete, and excellent internships are restricted. Faculty members of the Mongolian University of Pharmaceutical Sciences were not prepared for digital change in a short time. But due to the Covid-19, the pandemic government announced a lockdown for an extended period, and to keep the education process, and the university needs to change teaching mode. In the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year, all subjects in 4 majors of the Mongolian University of Pharmaceutical Sciences were taught online, and training conducted asynchronously using xcloud software. Whereas, from the 2020–2021 academic year, teachers started uploading their lecture and seminar files in xcloud in advance and teaching their courses in synchronous form using programs such as Google meet and zoom. In this study, we aim to assess the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning, the learning environment, and teacher performance, as well as the factors that influence e-learning. |
