Popis:	Requirements Engineering (RE) is the basis for efficient software implementation and quality management. Tools which support RE in general are numerous nowadays; however, the task of providing a tool that specializes in RE for dynamic, customizable service-centric systems (like ERP systems) has been addressed rarely. According to this we proposed an artifact in a form of software functionalities list derived from performing literature review and through intensive discussion with our industry partners. Relevance of proposed application functionalities were discussed with experts in a form of interviews and those are presented in this research paper. A support application for collaborative requirements engineering and software artifacts traceability, with focus on ERP product customization will be developed and presented in further research work.
