Popis: | Thus, the following conclusions can be made from the results of investigations of stress relaxation in type 12Kh1MF and 15Kh1M1F steels in the temperature range 500 to 570°C and for initial stresses of up to 0.7 σ0.2: 1. Stresses induced in steam mains by internal pressure have practically no effect on the relaxation of bending stresses. 2. The law for the variation of bending stresses, resulting from relaxation in coils of equal bending resistance, as determined by experiments is valid for tube specimens subjected to nonuniform distribution of bending stresses along the specimen length, and enables a sufficiently accurate evaluation to be made of the compensating stresses in a steam main under operating conditions. |
