Popis: | A simple idealised procedure is proposed for the analysis of individual top-antitop quark pair production and dilepton decay events, in terms of the top quark mass. This procedure is illustrated by its application to the CDF candidate event. If this event really represents top-antitop production and decay, then the top quark mass would be 131 −11 +22 GeV. |
