Popis:	The tasks of strategic planning are those of preparing the vital actions of the company, meaning, those who aim for the future over a long period of time, anticipating the lasting consequences that it may have. Starting from the idea that the strategic management model is a process by which the manager ensures the organization with an adequate strategy, it is necessary to formulate and implement the organization's strategy through a well-defined strategic model.
