Popis: | Beat-up mechanism is one of the most important functions on weaving machines because it influences the fabric quality. This is used by pushing the weft from the shedding to tip into a position and finally form the cloth during the weaving process. This study aims to conduct dynamic modeling and control of the beat-up system. Because of the highly nonlinear characteristics of dynamic equation, the neural network is adopted for learning and controlling. It can be seen that the designed controller not only can speed the system transient response but also can eliminate the steady-state errors. |
