Popis: | The article is devoted to the study of the creative development of Alexander Solzhenitsyn as a writer, thinker and politician. The author consistently analyzes the main fiction and publicistic works of the writer. The concept is based on the idea of A.I. Solzhenitsyn’s political radicalism, which makes his work and ideology internally contradictory. Essentially the author of «The GULAG Archipelagо» simultaneously advocates and opposes Russia, proving himself to be patriot and anti-patriot at the same time. This refers both to his ideology and the characters of his works. Moreover, the said contradiction can manifest itself in the framework of one and the same work, even within one phrase. This explains the completely opposing assessments of the ideological and creative heritage of Solzhenitsyn, both in Russia and abroad. In his studies the author turns to the broad philosophical context of the phenomenon of Solzhenitsyn as radical. |
