Popis:	The determination of interindividual dosage regimen is not easy for drugs presenting toxicity risks and a large interpatient variability, such as lithium does. In that case two methods, using respectively the renal clearance and the 24-hour serum level as prognostic factor of the dosage requirement are proposed. Our purpose is to show how pharmacokinetics, statistics and numerical methods can be applied to compare these two prognostic factors.
