Popis: | This paper proposed a smart home care system for elderly or baby on mobile devices. The system can help users to use their smartphones to quickly build a smart monitor network at home anytime and anywhere. The system is based on live video streaming and image processing techniques. Based on video streaming, we can watch the elderly or baby anytime and anywhere. In addition, we combined object tracking technique to monitor the behaviors of the elderly or baby to avoid them enter dangerous places based on video streaming. Experiments show that the proposed system can achieve real-time requirement for video streaming and the tracking rate is approximated to 85%. |
