Popis: | Computer aided design was adopted into the design process of winching drum in this paper. First, mathematical modeling was conducted to the design based on traditional means. Then the parameters of the winching drum were optimized by MATLAB. And the smallest drum was obtained under the condition of same length winching rope. In order to check the optimal design result of the strength of the drum in the bad operation environment, finite element analysis method was adopted, which simulated and verified the reliability of the winching drum. |
