Popis: This research was conducted to examine if interpersonal orientation and cynicism and confidence are predictors of behavioral leadership styles. The sample was suitable and it was made by 101 respondents. All scales and subscales of the instruments used proved to be reliable, with a critical value of Kronbach Alpha> .7, except for the scale of cynicism and trust. Subscale relationship style orientated to relationships statistically correlates with subcales of interpersonal orientation, while orientation to the task does not correlate statistically with any of the examined scales. Linear regression analysis has established that interpersonal orientation and cynicism and trust are statistically significant predictors of leadership styleorientated to relationships. There are statistically significant differences in the leadership style oriented to relationships related to women. The obtained results suggest that the sample should be modified by employees, in leadership positions, and that attention should be paid to the selection of instruments for examining the construct of cynicism and trust.
