The topic of the Master's final qualifying work: "Development of a strategy for the introduction of digital technologies in oil and gas companies". The purpose of the study is to develop a strategy for the introduction of digital technologies in PJSC Gazprom Neft. The study was carried out on the basis of PJSC Gazprom Neft Subject of research: digital technologies in the oil and gas sector. Research methods: - empirical-theoretical (analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, logical evaluation of phenomena), - computational and constructive, as well as special: economic and statistical methods (tabular and graphical), etc. The scope of application of the results of the WRC is the application of the results of the work, proposed measures for solutions at the Gazprom Neft PJSC enterprise. The scientific novelty of the study is: - the concept of "strategy" of the enterprise has been clarified; - the experience of implementing digital technologies in oil and gas sector companies is summarized; - the necessity of digital transformation of business models of oil and gas sector companies is substantiated; - the directions of development of the digital transformation strategy of PJSC Gazprom Neft have been developed. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined. The results obtained have the characteristics of a scientific novelty. The prospects and directions of further research are substantiated. |
