Popis: | Single phase 2212 and 2201 films and 2212/2201 multilayers with ultrathin layers have been successfully grown by a sputtering technique and their structure studied by X-Ray diffraction analysis. By comparison with single phase 2212 films, one observes in such multilayers with metallic 2201 layers, an important T c enhancement effect on one hand, and on the other hand an increase of the anisotropy under magnetic field, leading to a perfect 2D behaviour. |
