Popis: Mazus pumilio is recorded from New Zealand, having recently been considered to be restricted to Australia. The species is accepted as indigenous and is considered a vagrant. A description of M. pumilio, based on New Zealand plants, and features that distinguish it from M. novaezeelandiae are presented, as are observations on its distribution, habitat, and conservation status.
