The theme of the final qualification work: "Designing of the transformer substation No. 12" A "6 / 0.4 kV in the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg". This work is devoted to the design of a new transformer substation to replace the existing one and the design of new cable electrical networks for voltage class 6 and 0.38 kV. The main reason for the reconstruction is the increase in loads when connecting a new test bench at the OJSC SPB Krasny Oktyabr. Within the framework of the designated research goal, the following tasks were set and solved: ⢠analysis of existing electrical networks of 6 and 0.38 kV; ⢠design of 0.38 kV networks for supplying electricity to the new stand; ⢠design of a new, more powerful and reliable power substation for the shop power supply; ⢠electrical calculation of cable networks 6 and 0.38 kV; ⢠calculation of short-circuit currents; ⢠selection of the equipment of the calculated substation according to the nominal parameters; ⢠selection and calculation of devices for the protection of networks 6 and 0.38 kV to protect networks and consumers from emergency modes of power consumption; ⢠development of measures for electrical safety of work and maintenance of equipment of the designed consumer power supply system. The practical significance of the study is determined by the real request from the OJSC SPB "Krasny Oktyabr" enterprise and the feasibility of this project during 2021. |
