Popis: | 24th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference, 21-25 September 2009, Hamburg, Germany; 3835-3842 The main goal of this paper is to determine an improved orientation program (the movements and the time they are done) for a pseudo-equatorial dual-axis, single-module photovoltaic tracker developed in the local research center, based on local geographic and meteorological data and on tests conducted using a previously determined orientation program. In order to achieve this goal, the following steps have been made: the general problem of tracking systems has been explained and especially that of pseudo-equatorial trackers; the previous orientation program is described and the results of its testing are presented; based on them the new orientation program is generated with the purpose to obtain a greater orientation efficiency. |
