Popis: | This paper demonstrates that there can be a nonlinear interaction in a distributed two-layer MIS transmission line such that two high-frequency waves with different frequencies can generate a third low-frequency wave. The frequency of the low-frequency wave is the difference of the two high-frequency waves. The three waves can all be in the same mode or in different modes of propagation. |
