Popis: Clinical History: A 69-year-old female patient was admitted with a 2-month history of abnormal gait, cognitive deficits and a recent episode of urinary incontinence. The neurologic exam showed slow processing speed, slow gait with short steps and postural instability. Brain nonenhanced computed tomography (NECT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were performed.
