Popis: It is well known that a complication of psoriasis can be arthropathy and there are also some reports of enthesopathy in psoriasis. However we have experienced two cases of psoriasis with atypical (extra-tendinous) calcification which has been never reported before.Case 1 was a 65-old-male, diagnosed as having psoriasis vulgaris at the age of 61. He had pain on the postern-medial side of his right knee and radiological findings showed extra-articular calcification which extended to the intermuscular space.Case 2 was a 75-year-old-male, diagnosed as having psoriasis vulgaris at the age of 70. He had pain on the postero-medial side of his right femur and radiological findings showed extra-cortical calcification which extended to the intermuscular space from the femoral diaphysis. These two atypical calcifications are thought to be associated with psoriasis or a side effect of Etretinate (medicine for psoriasis) or both.
