A $$\mathrm {GL}_3$$ analog of Selberg’s result on S(t)

Popis: Let $$S(t,F):=\pi ^{-1}\arg L\big (\frac{1}{2}+it,F\big ),$$ where F is a Hecke–Maass cusp form for $$\mathrm {SL}_3({\mathbb {Z}}).$$ We establish an asymptotic formula for the spectral moments of S(t, F), and obtain several other results on S(t, F).
