Popis: | The effect of the annealing temperature on the density of a zinc wire (Zn 99.95%) obtained by the hydrostatic extrusion with the subsequent drawing has been studied in the range of 20–250°C. The total strain with respect to transverse reduction was λ=99.5%. It was revealed that annealing of plastically deformed zinc at 150° gives rise to swelling—an increase of the volume of strongly deformed zinc) and an accompanying decrease in its density. The swelling maximum (the density minimum) is observed in the vicinity of the temperatures 80–100°C. |
