Popis: | Although low-energy ion scattering has received considerable attention in the past, less work has been focussed on the allied low energy negative recoil spectrometry. This means that there does not exist serious guidance on the optimum experimental arrangements needed to analyze materials. It is the goal of this chapter to introduce and explain the physical concepts behind this recoil technique and to provide guidance on the optimal experimental parameters. |
