Popis: | This work describes the application of the Least Squares of Orthogonal Distances (LSOD) algorithm for parameter estimation of a model of a Linear Ultrasonic Motor (LUM). The results obtained with this algorithm are compared with the ones obtained through the standard Least Squares (LS) and the Total Least Squares (TLS) algorithms using experimental data. The parameter estimates are used to compute model-based control laws to carry out experimentally regulation and tracking tasks in the LUM. |
