It is with trepidation that I approach this moment, for, as most of you know, I am the oldest person ever to be elected president of ARIA. For some time some of you have been asking me if I had my address prepared. My answer has usually been, "No, but I have been thinking about it." That is still true! However, there are three areas I wish to address: First, a brief comment on the state of ARIA; second, some insights on being a professional insurance educator; and, third, in response to a number of requests, an explanation of why I moved to Calgary. |
