Popis:	This paper presents the State of Law fundamental dimensions in its institutional-legal sense, and analyzes if these dimensions were adopted by the legal systems of the Latin American countries, especially by the Brazilian legal system. This paper also investigates the current four major challenges of this institutional legal framework in Latin America.
