Popis: We report on a novel approach to monitor photodynamic therapy procedure based on the simultaneous fluorescence and optoacoustic imaging with the use of a liposome nanoconstructs contain benzoporphyrin derivatives and the fluorescent IRDye800 dye. We demonstrate the results of a preliminary in vivo study with combined fluorescence and optoacoustic custom-made setups on a NUDE mouse with human glioblastoma U-87.
