Popis:	This paper discusses an ongoing series of projects in which GIS and Internet technologies are being used to facilitate community planning and neighborhood redevelopment. The goal of the projects is to build a database of public-record data, residents' concerns, and detailed evaluations of each parcel of land. These data will be the basis for the development of analytic models to explore alternative methods for rehabilitating neighborhoods and increasing the stock of affordable housing.
