Concentration-dependent dielectric and electro-optical properties of composites based on nematic liquid crystals and CdS:Mn quantum dots

Popis: In liquid crystal/quantum dots composites, a nonmonotonic increase in the electrooptical performance with a change in dopant concentration was found. The changes are explained within the framework of the self-organization hypothesis of quantum dots.
