Popis: | The high-frequency performance of capacitors is related to their geometry and material properties. By considering multilayer capacitors as distributed electrical systems, the tools of ICONSIM are applied to study resonant frequencies, equivalent circuits of capacitors, and the influence of ground planes, test fixtures, and type of connection topology. The methods established are applied to well-documented capacitors described in the literature and good agreement between experimental results and analyses is obtained. > |
