Popis:	Herein, we report an efficient non-radical protocol to construct NH-free C-3 bifunctional oxindoles through a Rh(ii) catalyzed intermolecular [2,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement reaction between diazooxindoles and tertiary allylic amines.
