Popis:	The article presents a rare case of a combination of Ebstein’s anomaly and primary cardiomyopathy in a 14-year-old teenager. The clinical case demonstrates diagnostic difficulties due to an unusual clinical picture, as well as difficulties in interpretation and choice of treatment tactics.
