Popis: The development of modified greenhouse dryer is the latest drying technology today. The development of dryers with digitalization technology is a necessity in order to increase production efficiency at the farmer/craftsman level. The process of monitoring in the drying room was developed by utilizing data acquisition system technology. Whereas data on temperature, humidity, solar radiation, moisture content were plotted during the drying process. The objective of this study was to monitor the performance of the modified greenhouse dryer of stem stalk water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) based on the Arduino nano microcontroller. The method was divided into three parts: hardware design, programming algorithm development, and dryer performance monitoring. The output of this study is expected to be an alternative method for monitoring of the greenhouse dryer on industrial scale. The results of this study could be an alternative dryer for other agricultural products, the method for monitoring of the dryer in real time will be an important information guiding the farmer during the drying process.
